Notes:

• Students are taught to summon fire elementals (risky due to control loss) Other elementals are possible, but generally considered "useless"
• Strong War spells require an empowered staff. The staves are usually kept in a hermetically sealed cabinet, so that students cannot go on the warpath without authorization
  • once students reach a certain level/rank, they may keep a staff with them at all times
